- They provide basic information about their society, including name, location, and number of members.
Step 2: Login Credentials
- The portal generates a unique ID and password for each registered society.
- Society members can use these credentials to log in and track their redevelopment progress.
Step 3: Expert Assistance
- Redevelopment Bazaar team experts are assigned to each housing society to guide them throughout the process.
- Experts provide personalized support and ensure a smooth redevelopment journey.
- All expert services are free of cost to the housing society.
Step 4: PMC Selection
- The portal assigns a Project Management Consultant (PMC) to the housing society.
- The PMC is responsible for guiding the society through the redevelopment process.
- The housing society members review and approve the PMC selection.
- All documents and communications related to PMC selection are transparently available on the portal.
- PMC services are free of cost to the housing society.
Step 5: Feasibility Report
- The PMC, with the support of Redevelopment Bazaar experts, prepares a detailed feasibility report as per Section 79A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act.
- The report is prepared at no cost to the housing society.
- The housing society members review and approve the report.
- The report is transparently available on the portal for all members to access.
Step 6: Bidding Process
- The PMC, with the support of Redevelopment Bazaar experts, invites bids from interested developers through the portal.
- Developers submit their bids along with their proposals and quotes.
- The housing society members review and shortlist the developers.
- All bids and proposals are transparently available on the portal for all members to access.
Step 7: Due Diligence
- Redevelopment Bazaar's due diligence team conducts a thorough review of the shortlisted developers.
- The team verifies their credentials, financial strength, legal compliance, and past project performance.
- The housing society members review and approve the due diligence report.
- The report is transparently available on the portal for all members to access.
- Due diligence services are free of cost to the housing society.
Step 8: Final Selection
- The PMC, with the support of Redevelopment Bazaar experts, evaluates the proposals and selects the best developer for the redevelopment project.
- The housing society members review and approve the final selection.
- All documents and communications related to the final selection are transparently available on the portal.
Step 9: Redevelopment Agreement
- The housing society and the selected developer sign a redevelopment agreement.
- The agreement outlines the terms and conditions, including the scope of work, timelines, and payment schedules.
- The housing society members review and approve the agreement.
- The agreement is transparently available on the portal for all members to access.
Step 10: Shifting Support
- During the redevelopment process, Redevelopment Bazaar experts assist senior citizens in finding temporary accommodation.
- The team connects them with nearby housing options, including rented apartments, guesthouses, or temporary housing facilities.
- Shifting support services are free of cost to the housing society.
Step 11: Project Tracking
- Society members can log in to the portal using their ID and password to track the progress of their redevelopment project.
- The portal provides regular updates, notifications, and documents related to the project.
- Redevelopment Bazaar experts remain available to support the society throughout the project execution.
- The project timeline and progress are transparently available on the portal, ensuring no chances of project stalls.
